How do I place an order online?

Add items to your cart by browsing through the shopping categories, you can click on an item for more details. Select the size you would like & press ‘add to cart’.

Access your cart by clicking the cart button in the top right side of the website. On this page you can make changes, remove items, select to have your order gift boxed and check out.

You have the option to check out as a guest or create an account for faster processing in the future. You will need to provide your billing & shipping address & payment details all on a secure page.

Once the payment is finalized you will receive an order confirmation email.

How do I know my order has been shipped?

Once your order is confirmed by email it will be processed by our dispatch department. The items are personally folded and packed safely in a satchel/box with your personal invoice. We will email you a shipping confirmation email containing what you ordered, tax invoice & delivery address as well as the tracking number and a link to the carrier’s site. If you have not received this confirmation email please email us The reason for not receiving an order confirmation may be because you incorrectly entered your email address.

What happens if my Delivery takes longer than expected?

Firstly refer to your carrier used and enter the tracking number. Refer to your confirmation email. If your items are unable to be located by the carrier, we will lodge an inquiry from our end. Please contact us if you have any further queries.

How can I pay for my online purchase?

You must proceed to Paypal in order to use a credit card. You do not need a Paypal account to process your transaction.

How do I know what size to purchase?

I’ve received my online purchase but I would like to Exchange or Refund. Is this possible & if so how long do I have to do so?

At Meemini our aim is to make sure all our customers are happy with their purchases & feel comfortable to shop again with us. Please refer to our Returns policy page for more information.

How can I send a gift card to a friend?

Sometimes it’s hard to choose the perfect gift selection & sizes. Please refer to our Gift Card page to select your chosen amount to spend. Once you have selected & purchased a Gift Card we will then email direct to your friends email address. Or we can send direct to your email address for you to forward on as you please.

I have received a gift card voucher from a friend. How can I use it?

Can I create my own Gift Box or add more items to your Gift boxes?

We have gift boxes already made up at fixed discounted prices. If you wish to add items to these pre-made giftboxes you are most welcome. The total will be automatically calculated at the checkout.

If you wish to make your own gift boxes this is also possible. Simply select all items you wish to purchase into your shopping cart & simply tick “Send as giftbox” at the checkout.

What if I select more items than the giftbox can fit?

We will Endeavour to fold all your items neatly into one big box however, we are happy to supply another box free of charge to accommodate your larger order. This will be wrapped with the Meemini aqua bow around both boxes to secure together.

If you choose not to select the giftbox option, your items will be wrapped in our Meemini aqua tissue paper, which will be safely placed inside bubble wrap.

What if my required size is not available?

We know how disappointing it can be to find an item you love is no longer available. Due to various factors, including time constraints involved in manufacturing, we don’t keep back orders nor guarantee a particular style will be re-ordered.

When you select your desired size & proceed to check out this will automatically inform you if its available. If it is not available you will not be able to purchase.

If you wish to purchase a favorite item that appears to be out of stock. Please email us at so we can notify you if & when it may return into stock.
